True’s veterans in Mexico partnered with the local VFW to support the placement of flags at the Missouri Veterans Home. This long-standing “Visual of Glory” display serves as a meaningful tribute to the men and women who have served our country. This effort reflects the continued dedication of our veteran employees, who demonstrate a strong commitment to service, support for one another, and active engagement within the community. We thank all our veterans and volunteers for their dedication to True and for their continued willingness to serve.

After 45 incredible years at True Manufacturing, we’re proud to celebrate the retirement of Ron Lhamon. His dedication, craftsmanship, and steady presence have made a lasting impact across countless departments and projects. Ron is excited to begin a new chapter filled with travel, especially exploring the history and beauty of Italy. When he’s home, he’ll be making music in his recording studio and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys. Congratulations, Ron your legacy here will not be forgotten.

A big thank you to our cross-functional team for their outstanding effort and commitment in successfully implementing the new ERP system. This achievement reflects the strong collaboration between our Information Technology and Supply Chain Teams and something many have said “It can never be done at True”!
