Life is too short for dull fitness workouts, so we offer playful alternative group classes that include pole dance fitness, burlesque, aerial dance, high heels dance, and more. October is looking a little different around here… and we’re SO excited for it! 💕✨
We’re officially kicking off rehearsals for our Annual Winter Showcase, so you’ll notice some of our regularly scheduled classes are being replaced with showcase group routine rehearsals throughout the month.
✨ Not participating in the showcase? You can STILL attend!
These rehearsals are open to our students, so come work on the routine, train alongside your friends, or use the time to keep building your skills.
We’re also adding more Open Pole time this month! 🤩
Need extra time to work on that trick? Want to clean up a combo? Creating your own showcase routine? Or just want some extra pole time? Open Pole is your time to train, practice and play 💪
