EBR 1190 RX/SX and Buell race exhaust systems, 1125's and XB's

RACE & COMPETITION USE ONLY. It's sorta turned into a full time job keeping up with the demand.

I build stuff, started out as a project to build an exhaust for myself since I didn't see anything out there that tickled my fancy except for the factory race system. I do the occasional one-off total custom system for other bikes, but it's a rare thing. I normally stick to Buells. I *think* I started fabrication stuff on roughly October 15th or so of 2009. The first real test of a mod was on Nov

Lots of cutting today. XB, 1125 & 1190 parts.

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. Cut a bunch for current orders, XB's, 1125's and 1190's. Burned through the rest of the sheet of 16 gauge stainless.

First ride in almost 2 months.

This bears repeating. https://www.instagram.com/p/DYsPngTCc62/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

So I'm gonna throw this out there for the new SC owners and potential buyers. Taking the 1/4 wave secondary exhaust off of the bike most definitely changes the calibration and it WILL damage the engine. Ask any competent engineer or someone that actually knows/does engine fuel management, most likely you'll get the same answer. If there isn't a calibration for the exhaust, DON'T DO IT.
I'd tag Tim Blomenberg here but I don't think he does instagram.

Asking for a friend as to the parts and labor to build something custom made.

Some recent XB install pics, some are correct, some are not. Descriptions on most of the pics.

Eurotrip?

Yep, I'm still running at least 6-8 weeks out on any new builds. This week hasn't really been good for me to get stuff done regarding exhaust systems, although I *did* do a bit of welding today. There are days where your better half wants something done and you just do it. I will admit the house/fence/deck look a LOT better now than they did a couple of weeks ago. The final touch will be stain and seal on the deck this week when it dries out enough to get that done.

Sorry for the lack of pics today, been a bit busy with honey-do's.

I should probably ride tomorrow. Work on bike stuff after. Yes/no?

Yep, all clamps are now included for XB models. Save your old ones as spares for a just in case, but these are every bit as good as the original Buell clamps from 2003-2010.
