Tore out a poorly installed door and installed a new one. We fixed some water damage and rot, waterproofed and sealed everything. We also came back and installed a removable box step.

This project took way too long. So many delays from the holidays, delivery issues, order fulfillment issues, tracking issues, missing deliveries, etc. We originally delayed the project several months because of medical issues that required surgery. It’s nice having a customer who will laugh through the ridiculousness with you. We are grateful for your understanding, patience, and your repeat business, Vietor’s. We’ve pretty much done your whole house, but we look forward to the next project! We tore out 1800 sq ft of carpet and padding. We replaced it with LVP, as well as on the stairs and landing, to match the main floor we had previously done. We updated toilets, fixed an existing toilet and swapped out some bad shower cartridges. The baseboard was kept on and shoebase was added at the customer’s request.

A small garage project we finished for the Thompson’s. We insulated, hung drywall, mudded taped and refloated some old spots. It’s ready for paint! Thanks guys!

We patched some drywall sections, hung some cabinets, installed a hood/vent, cabinet handles, kickplates, crown, a drawer microwave, under cabinet lighting, and filled some gaps in their flooring. I will be having surgery tomorrow. I may be unreachable for a few days. I will be unable to work or physically bid jobs for several days. I will respond to messages as soon as I am able.

Added a second-floor reading area and replaced the railing with decorative shelving for books. Also added some crown molding on both floors, moved some switches, added some receptacles, replaced fixtures, added baseboard and painted everything. Replaced the formica countertops with quartz, removed the old backsplash and replaced it with white subway tile and grout. We also removed the carpet and added LVP in the den for a friend in Bel-Nor. Thanks Holly!

Their previous contractor ghosted them after helping to redo their primary bathroom. We added drywall, mud and taped, added baseboards, trimmed out their windowsills, tiled and replaced their old soaking tub with a free-standing one. Thanks Gerry and Vicki!
