We caught Jeremy out on a job! Take a behind the scenes look at how we prepare and install the disconnect box on the exterior of the home. Our attention to detail is one of the most important parts when we are doing any work at a customer's home. Our goal is to do it right the first time! Stay cool out there!

We used a scope camera to get a closer look at the heat exchanger and what we found gave us enough concern to pull it out entirely for a more thorough inspection. Sure enough there was a crack. A cracked heat exchanger is not something to take lightly. It can allow carbon monoxide to enter your home and that is a safety issue that cannot wait. This is exactly why we do not just check if your system is running. We check if it is safe. There is a big difference between the two, and moments like this one are exactly why that standard matters.
