St. Clair Shores recently celebrated a major milestone with the hose uncoupling ceremony at the City's new fire station, marking the project’s transition toward completion.

The new station features five apparatus bays, living quarters, training and office space, storage, and an outdoor patio. Nearby, the new 22,431 SF Police Headquarters is also nearing completion and will include a dispatch center, jail, evidence processing, training facilities, and dedicated space for special investigations.

Together, these projects are strengthening public safety infrastructure for the St. Clair Shores community.

Happy Women in Construction Week!

This week is a great reminder to celebrate the people who help build our projects and strengthen our team every day. The women of Cunningham-Limp play an important role in shaping our work and building better communities, and we’re proud to recognize and celebrate them this week.

Project update 🚧 Dexter Fire Station is making great progress!

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the enduring legacy of service, courage, and unity he championed. His vision reminds us that meaningful progress happens when we lead with integrity, elevate one another, and commit to building stronger communities today and every day.

Our final group for 25 Days of Giving reflects the spirit of generosity and care that defines northern Michigan. They support young people, fight food insecurity, expand access to housing, and provide vital assistance to families facing challenges. Their collective impact reaches every corner of our region.

These nonprofits strengthen the backbone of our region. Their work supports local families, expands transportation access, and helps communities grow in healthy and sustainable ways. Each one plays a part in creating greater stability and opportunity across northwest lower Michigan.
