Proud to call him mine! 7 years today! June 8, 2019 was the best day of my life!!!!

So many events that happened this day motivate me to provide the best service for the brides I work with…from bridal alterations to day-of styling, I think about my own wedding constantly and how I can give my brides that same experience, and even better!!

A true once-in-a-lifetime day, love, experience, and lifelong commitment to enjoying life together!

Yes I made my own dress from scratch! I even did the beading on it myself!!

Prom!!! Vintage re-design of a prom dress?!! Well is this technically vintage though? It’s stunning, that I know!

Do you like the before or after better?!

So mom wore this gown to her prom, then the top shown in the original photo got lost over the years, thankfully the gown came with a shawl so we used that fabric to re-create the top! Which look do YOU prefer?!

This is a semi-decently-historically-accurate way of making a corset, with steel boning and all! Try finding THAT in stores!

Anna had a vision, and I was 100% on board with making that vision come to life! Anna is a beautiful, kind, ambitious young woman! I am proud to help make her prom dreams come true!

Side note, Anna’s mom owns and she is my go-to hair fairy godmother for all things fancy hairstyles! Truly, I have never loved my hair more than when Carleana does it! She was there for both my sisters’ weddings, countless photoshoots, and even did our hair for my sister’s baby shower recently! Check out her page at !

So this moment happened because left the room to go shoot some content for downstairs and Shadi felt the (unnecessary) responsibility to continue entertaining us all. That she did! She never let a single moment go dull! This is a little abnormal but ya’ll know NONE of us in the room were going to stop her! 😂 She went through and thanked all the incredible vendors and it was the sweetest moment ever! Poor Shadi was probably SO exhausted after this long day! I hope her man took her out to a nice dinner after!!!

Let’s talk about another unique thing here. Sheer wedding dresses are all the rage right now…but they are typically a “white nude” not a “dark nude”. 😒 NOT TODAY! Shadi got HER skin color when you have a gown made by !

From the under-mesh, to the zipper, to the cups color…it all matches HER! Beautiful, isn’t she?!

Some of those ending videos are from the fitting! The gown is NOT done at this point!

Ladies and gentlemen, I have so much more content on this dress…are we getting sick of it yet?! Should I keep posting?!! Did I hear a “yes ma’am”??

P.S. Tbh I felt like I was documenting SO little about this gown while I was making it, however it seemed that I had enough to work with here! It is so hard to sew AND film content at the same time, just sew much work!

The hidden pocket dress, a classic! As a bridesmaid, and not a first-timer, I knew exactly what I would need throughout the day, so I made space for it when making my dress!!

These clever hidden pockets held my phone, emergency kit, scissors, go pro, safety pins, and the Maid of Honor’s speech!!

Fabulous!! Because every dress deserves pockets 👏🏻
