As a little girl I told my parents I wanted to be a millionaire when I turned 40.

I’ve been reflecting on that thought this last month. It’s an interesting thing for a child to say and I’ve never asked others if they told their parents that.

Walking into rooms this last month filled with other female entrepreneurs, I recognize that we share the same passions to build meaningful relationships that all serve a different purpose and we are passionate about helping others transform into the next version of themselves whatever that may look like.

Delighted to have spoken at Power and Poise event in Birmingham, Michigan and to have met such amazing local female entrepreneurs. Their stories were inspiring!

Mom burnout is REAL. I’d wager to say it’s a newer thing. When we were kids we went to school all day, came home, had a snack, and went outside to play until the sun went down with all the kids in the neighborhood.

Mom’s back then may or may not have worked. And if they were working they were not scaling six, seven, eight figure businesses, seven days a week.

Mom’s had peace in quiet in the home while we were outside playing so they could throw in a load of laundry and make dinner while enjoying a phone call with their bestie.

Now days mom’s are scaling businesses and careers while still trying to do it ALL.

Women are use to doing it all and not asking for help. Partially because we don’t want to let go of control and we get frustrated when it’s not done the way we do it

Spend the next week running the exercise. Spend the next month implementing. Three months from now tell me what a game changer it’s been

There is a shift happening and the real estate industry that has been pretty slow to evolve in the last 20 years is rapidly changing in 2026.
