“It’s like a dream. It’s a dream that physically gets built, that you get to live in.”
That’s how Jacquelyn and Cameron described seeing their renovation come to life.
Their project was never just about adding more space. It was about transforming the home they already loved into a forever home designed to support their family for generations.
We shared more from their full renovation story in our latest newsletter, including the video behind the project.

“It is terrifying to watch your house get ripped apart.”
That’s how Jacquelyn described the beginning of their renovation journey and honestly, she’s right.
When you renovate the home you already love, it’s not just construction. It’s disruption. It’s trust. It’s letting people into your daily life while hoping the vision in your head actually becomes real.
For Jacquelyn and Cameron, this project was never just about adding square footage.
It was about creating a forever home designed to support generations of their family for decades to come while still feeling warm, functional, and deeply personal.
One of the things they shared that meant the most to us was this:
“It always felt like we were a team.”
That partnership mindset matters to us because great projects are built through communication, trust, organization, and collaboration from start to finish.
We’re incredibly grateful Jacquelyn and Cameron trusted our team with their home and allowed us to share their story.

From framing to finish.
A full renovation completed in Fairfield, CT, transformed this home into a bright, modern coastal space designed for everyday living.
Every detail matters.
Most construction issues don’t come from the build itself.
They come from not knowing what’s going on.
Waiting on updates.
Following up for basic answers.
Trying to figure out what’s happening next.
At Stadler Construction, the process is built differently.
You know where your project stands.
You know what’s happening next.
And you know exactly who to go to.
No guessing. No chasing. Just clear communication and accountability.
That’s what keeps projects moving.
From The Ground Up is a series with Mike and Justin on how Stadler runs projects from planning to ex*****on.

The original Stadler logo was designed by Mike himself.
It’s something that’s always been close to his heart and represents where the company started.
But the work has grown.
We’re taking on bigger residential projects, more commercial work, and operating at a different level than when we first started.
We’re not just doing houses anymore. It felt like the right time for the brand to grow with it.
Same foundation.
Bigger vision.
Most people see the finished product.
We show the process behind it.
This building’s been an eyesore for years, we’re bringing it back to life.
New Stadler office.
Opening Summer 2026.
Building Something Bigger.
We’re not just building a new office.
This space is being designed to support how we operate, from client communication to day-to-day project management.
We’re building the infrastructure that supports how we run every project.
More space for our team.
Better coordination.
A place where clients can sit down, review plans, and fully understand their project from start to finish.
This building has been an eyesore in the area for years, and we’re proud to be the ones bringing it back to life.
More to come as this progresses.
Most contractor frustration is not about the work. It’s about follow-through.
Friday by 2 means Friday by 2.
Monday at 9 means the doorbell at 9.
If something shifts, you hear it fast and you know what happens next.
That is The Stadler Way.
