Like all CrossFit affiliates we have a different style and culture in comparison to typical gyms.

🎉 Bingo Night Was a Huge Success! 🎉

What a fantastic evening at Rally Point Endeavors! Our Bingo Night brought together an amazing group of participants who were ready to play, laugh, and win. The room was filled with excitement as numbers were called, cards were marked, and cheers erupted with every “BINGO!”

We had lots of fun prizes, and it was great seeing so many happy winners throughout the night. Moments like these remind us how powerful it is to gather as a community, share some laughs, and create lasting memories together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and sponsored the prizes!and helped make the night such a success!

Leg drive is the secret sauce most people are missing in their workouts. đŸ’„
Whether you’re benching, squatting, deadlifting, or sprinting, real power doesn’t start in your arms — it starts at the floor.

Leg drive is about intentional force. Your feet push into the ground, your legs create tension, and that energy travels up through your core and into the movement. When done right, lifts feel smoother, stronger, and way more controlled. When done wrong? You’re muscling everything with your upper body and wondering why progress feels stuck.

Think of your legs as the engine and the rest of your body as the transmission. No engine = no power.

Next time you train, don’t just move the weight.

Accessory work often gets treated like the “extra credit” of training—but it’s actually the foundation that makes the main workout effective. Those smaller movements build the strength, stability, and balance that big lifts and intense workouts rely on. They help correct imbalances, strengthen weak links, and improve mobility so your body moves better as a whole.

Skip accessory work, and you risk stalling progress or inviting injury. Embrace it, and you’ll lift stronger, run smoother, and recover faster.

Remember: the goal isn’t just to finish today’s workout—it’s to build a body that can keep showing up tomorrow. Treat accessory work with intention, and your results will thank you.

Last weekend, Hyrox Crew met Rally Point for an all-out throwdown and participated in the Hyrox Physical Fitness Test— which is an introduction to the HYROX fitness competition, measuring your endurance, strength, and grit through six specific movements: a 1000m run, 50 burpee broad jumps, 100 stationary lunges, a 1000m row, 30 hand-release push-ups, and 100 wall balls, all completed for time to help determine which HYROX race division

Box jumps are more than just hopping on a box—they’re a full-body explosion of power, precision, and confidence. In CrossFit, this movement is a staple because it trains what truly matters: athleticism.

Every rep demands speed through the hips, stability on landing, and mental commitment to go all in.
Whether you’re tackling them in a WOD or using them as a warm-up to fire up your fast-twitch muscles, box jumps build explosive strength that carries over to lifts, sprints, and everyday movement. They also sharpen coordination and footwork, helping you move faster and more efficiently.
