Outlaws 2035 - Nichols

Last tournament gave us plenty to learn from, and this group will be putting in the work to fine-tune the little things, make adjustments, in order to sharpen our game.

Now it’s time to put that work to the test!

The Outlaws are ready to take the field again this weekend at the Pumpkin Classic! 🏴‍☠️🥎

New tournament. New opportunity. Same fight.🔥☠️

The girls found their way into the gold bracket for today and started off hot. They battled for 5 innings against flood city elite to pull out a 1-0 win behind great pitching, amazing fielding and aggressive base running.

☠️Team MVP Game 1: Skyler, for making two great plays in the outfield to help the team out!

Game 2 we fell short in the semi finals but our pitching was still on point.

☠️Team MVP Game 2: Addie D, for battling on the mound.

Shout out to Coach Lexie for coming out this weekend to help. The girls loved having you there and your presence was felt as it lifted the teams energy and confidence.👏👍

Overall this was a successful weekend and I’m very proud of the girls for how well they did especially for it being the very first game action as a team. We can only go up from here but it’s back to work to prep for next weekend’s tournament. 💪

🏆💀 OUTLAWS MVP SHOUTOUT! 💀🏆

We want to give a HUGE shoutout to Werry3D for bringing our Outlaws MVP award to life!

This custom 3D-printed MVP trophy is the perfect way to recognize the players who leave it all on the field and make an impact for their team🥎💪

We absolutely LOVE having something unique and personalized to hand out after the games, and Werry 3D knocked it out of the park! 👏💥

Day 1 of the Heat 3rd Annual Haunted Pumpkin Smash tournament:

🏅MVP Game 1 - Layla
Our first game was a great game on both sides, ending in a tie! 0-0. A pitcher’s showdown.
Layla was a rock behind the plate 💪

☠️Team MVP- Tatum
A battle from start to finish. Pitched a shutout game!

🏅MVP Game 2- Addie D
We lost this game 4-2, but Addie D had a great game on the mound!

🏅MVP Game 3- Tatum
We won this game 10-5. Tatum got the MVP for her pitching on the mound!

☠️Team MVP- Jules
For always hustling and backing up out in the field!

Way to play, today girls! 🖤🥎
Today was our first time taking the field together as the Outlaws, and what a great opportunity to learn, grow, and see what we’re made of!

It was a good reminder of the old saying: you win some, you lose some but you always come back stronger. 🔥

Let’s shake it off, take what we learned today, and come back tomorrow ready to get some!😤🏴‍☠️

We take the field at 11:30am tomorrow field 4. 💪

Support Vulcan Softball on Athletics Day of Giving! 🖤🥎❤️

Today, we’re showing some extra love and support for our assistant coach Lexie and her Vulcan Softball family!

Your support helps provide the resources and opportunities that make a difference for these student-athletes…including helping fund their annual Spring Break trip to Florida! 🌴☀️🥎

This trip gives the team the opportunity to compete against strong programs, build team chemistry, gain valuable experience, and prepare for PSAC play—all while proudly representing PennWest California University.

If you’re able, consider making a donation and help Lexie and the Vulcans continue to work hard, compete, grow, and represent their school with pride!
