Since there have been quite a few new faces around here lately, I thought today would be the perfect day to reintroduce myself and share a little about the heart behind A.B. Wellness. 🤍

Hi! I’m Amber 👋 I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Wellness & Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist — but more than anything, I’m someone who truly LOVES helping people feel better.

Over the years, my passion for wellness has grown into so much more than massage. I’ve learned that truly feeling better often means looking at the whole person, not just the place that hurts. That’s what inspired me to expand my knowledge of nutrition, movement, recovery, pain relief, stress, and natural approaches to wellness. I love being able to bring all of those pieces together to help my clients better understand their bodies and feel better from the inside out. 🌿🤍

At A.B. Wellness, no two sessions have to look exactly the same. Depending on what your body needs, I offer everything from customized therapeutic and hot stone massage to sinus & headache therapy, prenatal massage, cupping, body wraps, detox sessions, light therapy, and head spa services and more. ✨

And a few fun facts about the person behind the business… I’m a wife, a mom to three boys, and a very proud grandma. 🥰 I love learning, I’m always looking for new ways to help my clients, and I genuinely feel lucky that I get to do something I love every single day.
