Fare capping: $3 daily, $10 Monday–Sunday, or $40 per calendar month

Download the UMO Mobility app and connect your preferred payment method. UMO provides automatic fare capping and transfers. Regular fare: $1.25 per ride

Connect Ride Card
Get and reload a Connect Ride Card at participating locations throughout Bloomington-Normal. Regular fare: $1.25 per ride

Mobility and Discount Riders
🪪Eligible riders can get a Connect Mobility Photo ID Card or Connect Discount Photo ID Card. Visit Connect Transit to learn more and get your card. Fares and benefits vary.

Cash 💵
Cash fares are $1.25 per ride. Exact change is required. Cash does not include transfers or fare capping.

Plan ahead and choose the payment option that works best for you.

Note: Mobility and Discount Riders. If you already have Mobility access or a discount you can visit https://connect-transit.com/umo/umo-card-order-form and order a new card. For new riders, please visit Connect Transit Monday-Friday 8am-5pm to get started.

Front Street Service Update — Monday, September 14, 2026
Connect Transit has been notified that the north side of Front Street will be closed due to water main repairs.

During the closure, the Aqua, Silver, Orange, and Purple routes will move to the south side of Front Street near Grossinger Arena.

Service will remain in this location until the work is completed. Please allow extra time and watch for temporary changes in your boarding location.

In observance of Labor Day, Connect Transit will not operate any services on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026.

Pink/Yellow route have separated to become the "Pink" and the "Yellow"! They are now independent separate routes. Please make note of this and use the appropriate bus for your destination. Bonus: Sundays are now a 30 minute frequency.

At this point, only Brown and Tan have storm-related detours.

The Red and Purple Routes both have storm-related detours.
We are still accessing the Brown Route.

Mobility is still in service.

The Gold route is temporarily delayed until the route can be cleared for safe travel.
