These are TENTATIVE - meaning that they may shift based on teams' needs, global pandemics, or any other insane reasoning!

We decided to skip March in it's entirety this year so that families could prioritize FAMILY travel/time during Spring Break. One small decision that helps lessen the load hopefully. ❤

Nationals are June 13-July 7 .... Waves will be posted sometime this winter (It's 4 days of competition).

Listen, we know Flight isn't right for everyone - but what we do know, is that the athletes that choose Flight are loved & the program works.

Our dedicated coaches have autonomy to run their programs within our structure and hiring the right coaches means we've got people in leadership that deeply care about your athlete & their development.

Flight gyms are fun, positive, and allow athletes to pursue multiple passions. Our goal is to create a club experience that allows your athlete to explore their competitiveness while also making space for family, friends, faith, other sports, and the arts!

We're going to have a REALLY good season x 5!

7Purple - This weekend, Ryann stepped into her voice with confidence and courage. Her growth was impossible to miss, and we couldn’t be more proud of her. -Coach Aimee
7Pink - Cassidy always works so hard in both practices & games. Her consistent, steady presence makes her a leader for team pink. And her brave, all-in attitude makes her a force for Flight! -Coach Whitney
7Blue - Brooklyn hustled the whole tournament. She was incredibly supportive of her teammates and really encouraged them! She brought the positivity the whole time!! -Coach Amy

8Blue - Charlotte is one of those athletes that clearly thrives at the net - but this weekend she demonstrated quality defense & supported her team during those first contacts! Proud of you! -Coach Maris
8Pink - Gina has been putting in the work and it's showing! As our setter, she has made huge strides in learning rotations, taking charge or the court, and growing more confident in her role. Her sets during the game were AWESOME and it didn't go unnoticed by her teammates! At one point, I even heard a teammate yell, "Gina, you're really cooking!" And I'm pretty sure that's a VERY good thing. Keep cooking, Gina! -Coach Steph
