I’m Florence, and I proudly call myself a Beautyprenuer! Why? Because “beauty” is only the beginning of what I do! My world is a beautiful blend of beauty, creativity, artistry, entrepreneurship, and transformation.

I’m a professional makeup artist, licensed cosmetologist, licensed braider, event decor artist, creative designer, and proud owner of multiple businesses. I love bringing ideas to life and helping people see—and experience—the beauty of what’s possible.

💄 MaximizedBeauty Studio is home to my makeup artistry and hair salon, where beauty and transformation come together.

✨ Beautiflo Decor is my newest officially launched business, specializing in gorgeous event backdrops—with plans to grow into a full-service event decor experience.

🎀 The Jones Collection is my beautiful, classic collection of women’s neckwear. I absolutely love that this brand brings an effortless touch of class, sophistication, and personality to everyday style.

📸 Madalyn & Co. Photography is my latest business baby, and I’m SO excited to see where this creative journey takes me!

After years in the beauty industry, countless hours of education, hands-on experience, and plenty of lessons learned along the way, I’ve realized that there is so much more I’m called to share.

For me, this journey has been about becoming—becoming more confident, more intentional, more creative, and more aligned with who God created me to be.
