It is YouthBuild McLean County’s mission to build, develop, inspire and challenge educationally and economically disadvantaged youth to make the difference!
YBMC serves students 16-24 years old who reside within McLean County, IL.
Thank you for making our 2nd Annual Building Futures Breakfast unforgettable! 🥞🧡✨
To everyone who joined us, supported us, and believed in our students, THANK YOU! A special shoutout to our incredible local sponsors and community partners who made this morning possible. EVERY dollar raised goes straight into programming that helps young people transform their lives through education, leadership, and vocational training.
We are still stretching toward our goal of $40,000 to ensure EVERY student is able to build their preferred future. If you weren't able to attend or want to help us cross the finish line, you can still make an impact!

YouthBuild McLean County will be closed Friday, Oct. 2nd for staff development.
With the West Bloomington Revitalization Project's Bed Blitz just around the corner, YouthBuild students are stepping in to serve. Today Sherman's delivered 130 mattresses to YouthBuild and our students answered the call. 130 mattresses were unloaded and stacked in only 20 minutes!!! Meanwhile, in the construction lab, students are getting wood for the beds measured and cut. We love the collaboration between agencies, that allows for 130 people in our community to receive a bed free of charge.
