Last week we hosted Women In Defense Greater Hampton Roads Chapter at our office for their September Happy Hour. WIDGHR is a non-profit professional networking and development organization for women and men who contribute to national defense and security. We are so proud and grateful to not only have hosted this month’s happy hour, but to be avid supporters of their mission and participants in their organization.
Don’t miss our very own Director of Strategy & Growth, Peyton Carter Krzyzewski, as a featured speaker at the WIDGHR’s Professional Development Day on October 29, 2026, at the Norfolk Hilton The Main! We’re looking forward to listening to Peyton share how marketing can become a powerful tool for strengthening the defense workforce pipeline by connecting organizations with the people who are ready to serve the mission.

While he admits he may not be an expert in acronyms, he's certainly become an expert in what actually unlocks potential. Mike shared inspiring stories from his own career as well as from other industry icons who embodied these qualities. Hearing the real-life anecdotes behind these journeys was a great reminder of the lessons we can apply as we navigate and propel our own careers forward.

We’re proud to share this logo designed by our Chief Creative Officer, EJ Toudt, for the Andrew Roberts Scholarship Fund — a scholarship created in honor of our wonderful friend and colleague, Andrew Roberts.
Offered through the Virginia Q***r Film Festival, this project-based scholarship is awarded annually to undergraduate and graduate student filmmakers. By supporting this fund, we hope to carry his mission forward and ensure that vital, underrepresented stories continue to be told on screen.
We’re thrilled to be apart of helping carry on Andrew’s legacy and inspire and support young filmmakers in Hampton Roads.
