"Building Hope for Kids with Cancer"
While many foundations have the main goal of finding a cure
for cancer, The Roc Solid Foundation has the main goal of
giving hope to children coping with cancer, because where a
cure is uncertain a smile is not.
I hope everyone has a great start to their school year! Tomorrow will be the first informational meeting for all members and those looking to join. The meeting will take place in the Suffolk room (rm 1525) near Starbucks in the Webb Center at 12:30pm.
Understanding most students have class at 1:30pm, the meeting is not expected to be longer than 30 minutes. Hope to see you all there tomorrow!

Cancer patient designer for a day Seven year old Allison Burr of Hampton suffers from a rare form of bone cancer. Through the Roc Solid Foundation she got to design a dress and today saw it and tried it on for a big gala Saturday night.
