As we come to a close for national su***de awareness month I wanted to shed some light as to what some people’s ‘WHY’s’ may be.

It takes a tremendous amount of strength to pull yourself out of a dark place, for many, the gym is an aid in doing so. We lift to increase our strength , but not just physically it’s an equal mental part. Sadly, most of us have been affected or know someone who has by this. Reach out, talk to a friend, and if you are that friend be patient and listen. 🖤
Yesterday was a big day! Sixkiller had compete in strongman in Kansas and finished with a 622lb deadlift!
We are all gearing towards Odins fury with .pl next in December! See everyone there and congrats to these two athletes!
