It was great having Ariana at Bulletproof this week.

One of the reasons we use the Safety Squat Bar at Bulletproof Wellness Studio is that it allows many women to continue building strength without needing the shoulder mobility required for a traditional barbell squat.
Instead of focusing on what you can't do, we look for ways to keep you moving forward.
Strength training isn't about being perfect.
It's about finding the right tools, exercises, and modifications to help you keep getting stronger.

What worked in your 20s and 30s doesnβt always work after 40.
