GENERAL. The North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) and the Defense Alliance of North Carolina (DANC) invite all businesses in North Carolina, particularly federal contractors, to participate in semi-weekly web conferences.
THURSDAY, APRIL 16: Presented in partnership with the Defense Alliance of North Carolina, special guest US Senator Thom Tillis will discuss:
· COVID-19: Steps federal government has taken to assist/support small businesses, including contractors
· COVID-19: Steps federal government has taken to support all Americans – that benefit businesses
· Federal Contracting Environment: Sustaining business opportunity and meeting federal needs
Following the Senator Tillis' remarks, the US Small Business Administration will provide an update to programs in place to assist with COVID-19 economic recovery. There will be an open session at the end for Q&A from businesses and other WEBCON participants to ask questions of Senator Tillis and participating agencies.
