We carry XL-1000 AE Pavement Sealer from Dalton Coatings, a fortified rubberized asphalt emulsion sealer formulated with polymer additives for long-lasting performance and water resiliency. It contains no sand and dries to a smooth, satin-black finish while helping condition, texturize, and waterproof asphalt surfaces.

Deery Super Stretch
Premium hot-applied rubberized crack and joint sealant for asphalt and concrete pavements. Melts quickly, cures fast to help prevent tracking, and stays flexible in extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Leveling Patch
Ready-to-use, self-adhering material designed to level, smooth, and repair minor surface imperfections, depressions, and shallow defects before sealcoating.

Fast Sealing Additive (FSA)
Liquid polymer additive for asphalt pavement sealer that can cut drying time in half or more. Helps harden the coating, lock in sand, reduce tire tracking, and leave asphalt with a deep, dark black finish.
