Sarah was making tea. She was squeezing the water out of the tea bags and one of the tea bags broke. When she was picking up the tea bags she didn't know which one was broken so she picked each one up very carefully. She said, "You know, Mom, that makes me think...that's how we should be with people...we should handle each person very carefully because we don't know which one is broken."

Wherever you find yourself right now ~ that's the very place where you are to begin to express yourself in worship of God. He sees you in that place and He's leaning in to listen to your beautiful sacrifice of praise.

God is filling the exact expression of the worship that you are offering to Him for He knows your heart of hearts for Him. He is filling you up to the brim and overflowing with His refreshing Holy Spirit as you give yourself in praise and worship to Him in whatever form that is.
