Metafit Complete Kickboxing/Boxing,Martial Arts and Nutrition for Fitness and Sport

Metafit Complete re-opened on July 15th, 2020. We are in phase I, 1-2 people per class, other people can join via Zoom. We only hold kickboxing/conditioning classes at this time. Hapkido/Judo classes are on hold for now, due to close contact workout. We also can assist you with purchase of a light standing bag to be able to workout at home via Zoom. As soon as we move to phase II, some of the restrictions will be removed and we update you on a new status.

We re-located from Bloomfield, NJ
to 50-60 Dickerson Street, Newark, NJ. Please visit our new location. We are 10 min away from our original location and within walking distance from Broad Street, NJ transit train station.
Our classes: Fitness Kickboxing, Boxing for Adults and Youth
(12 y.o. or older), Hapkido/Judo.
Our registered dietitian on -site provides nutritional counseling, major medical insurances are accepted.

Metafit Complete looking to start Judo/Jiu Jitsu classes in January 2019 for Youth , twice a week, for boys and girls
