Even though Halloween is over, it never seems that way in the city. 😅

Happy belated Halloween! I hope you all had a wonderful and safe time during all the trickery and candy grabbing. 🍬🎃 We got to see the parade this year, and it was so cool to see all the awesome costumes people had! Hopefully next time, I would like to participate and be on a float, or at least walk and have fun with everyone. 😄

Sorry for the radio silence! Its been a hectic month - alot of planning, talking to manufactures, work. Its been pretty overwhelming, but we need to try and prioritize out time better, especially since we love to make art and share it. More content to come soon!

I'm so happy that I received my thank you cards! I was very worried as to how it would turn out, but I'm glad that it was all good in the end! I think it does need a little more saturation for the patterns, but other than that I'm super excited about them! Now to trim the corners 😭 send help!

Now THESE were my jam growing up. One little 25 cent bag wasn't enough, even the 50 cent ones didn't do it justice - we had to get the BIG bag and I would eat half of that in one day, possibly even more depending on my mood. 😂

I know others would like the other flavors, but this is a classic staple for me. Same goes for honey BBQ chips. 🤤 I really like the use of primary colors, along with the secondary. It really compliments each other, and the patterns are very cool! Its a bit different from the other posts, but that's what makes it cool. 😊

There would be this BIG JAR sitting on the countertop every time I came in to the bodega. I use to cringe all the time and ask myself, who would eat these?! Although I didn't quite enjoy these much when I was younger, but I did as an adult. 😅

I really do like how this turned out; the color scheme really stands out for me. Its also very enjoyable to see 90s like graphic designs in the background too! Its such a vibe. 🤩 I'm on a roll~.

Okay, I can't be the only one who enjoyed these growing up! We use to sneak some of these to class or have them as our lunch when its time to eat. The nacho cheese one is soooooo good, and its my absolute favorite of the two! 🧀 Not sure if it was a bad thing to eat, now that I think about it. 🤔 Because I would clear out multiple packs between me and my sister. 😂

Remember how I had an unhealthy obsession with gum as a kid? Well, this was one of the reasons. 😂 While I do love the gum in the jug, but this?? They didn't only have this at the bodegas, but I remember how there was this warehouse store called Jetro that me and my family would go to to buy things in bulk - very similar to a BJ's or a Costo. There use to be a 👏 BULK 👏 BOX of these and I would bother my mom every single time for them! These, and ones that look like beepers - it was so cool!

I love getting familiar with alot of bold color pallets because I use to be afraid to use them. Coming from just sketches and doodles. I'm actually happy I took a chance with digital art! I have come a long way and I'm still growing. There's so much to learn, but I'm glad to be apart of a beautiful community of artists with all the love and support! 💖

This will be a perfect time to introduce you all to Jefe! 🐱 He is a orange ball of floof that resides in a neighborhood bodega. Just like his name, he runs the place, so be sure to give him all the respects and pets! I remember how long ago my bodega had a orange cat and he was adorable! He would always lounge around, and loved to lay on the bread. Cats are born loafs, we just don't realize it! 🍞

Hello, world! How's it going? I had this funny idea about Pidge and how pigeons eat alot of things we throw at them, so I did this! It kind of reminds me of a childhood memory I had when I use to go to P.S. 30. Whenever we had lunch that had a dinner roll, what I would do is I would stuff them in my pocket and sneak it outside in the playground to fee the birds on the side near where our parents would pick us up. 😌 However, I had to be crafty sometimes because the lady that would lead us outside would check to see if we had anything in our pockets we're not suppose to. 😅👀 I just wanted to feed the pidgies!

Hitting you guys with another post, and I had to bring this GEM. ✨💖 Now if you notice, I try to reword the names of the items because I don't want to get in trouble, so if you know, you know. 😉

Remember in the previous post I mentioned that if you had the money as a kid, you are basically rich? WELL...this was another one that was well sought out for! I was always so happy to get these, and my favorite was always the vanilla frosting with the rainbow sprinkles. It just gave it that wow factor, like this was a chest full of jewels and gold. 🤩 I couldn't get enough of it as a kid, especially too with this other cookie that they made with the bear doing sport poses with the vanilla frosting infused sprinkles in the back - that's where the addiction extended. 😂 You don't know how excited I got when they brought them back! It felt like Christmas all over again. 🎁

Hello world, how's it going? I wanted to introduce you some stuff that I really enjoyed as a kid. 😊 I got the massive waves from back then, and I wanted to share it with you guys! I remember how we would all go to the bodega after school and stash so much junk so we can take it with us to the park. But I also remember how if you got the money to spend on things that were a dollar, you were basically rich. 😂 I had an OBSESSION with gum, and this one was one of the few that was the greatest thing EVER, especially since the flavor would go away so quick. 😩😭
