Beginning Tuesday September 22nd! Open to All!

Your art can bring people together. Our community needs your voice right now. Whether you're a musician, visual artist, dancer, storyteller, or teaching artist, your creativity can spark the connections that make a neighborhood stronger. Join our community of artists and make an impact.

Community isn't built online. It's built one conversation, one smile, and one shared experience at a time. The best part of any event isn't what's on stage. It's who's sitting beside you.

Join us this upcoming season at The Bernie Wohl Center. We can't wait to unveil a whole new roster of community events where you can bring an old friend and make a new one!

Real life, real people, real community. Join us this Fall where magic happens. Stay tuned for event announcements!

"…One of the most important shows I have ever gotten to do. I do not come from a family of performers or theatre people, nor do I come from a family that all speaks English. To be able to sing in a language that they can all understand and enjoy, to be able to sing songs that THEY listen to, to be able to perform the genres of music they grew up with, feels like the greatest privilege as a performer." - Singer, Luna Negra Collective

Stay tuned, we'll be announcing more Riverside - Community Arts Program artists in residence soon...

"I left opening night deeply inspired. It was a beautiful journey through continents and consciousness, in the voice of a woman honoring who she came from and who she is. Thank you again for creating a space where art, healing, storytelling, and community can come together in such meaningful ways." - Audience Member

Enjoyed performances by Artists in Residence House of Chow? We'll be announcing the next residents sooooooon! STAY TUNED.

Who are you rolling up with? Every event is a reminder that we are stronger, happier, and more inspired when we gather together. You belong here! Goddard Riverside - Community Arts Program

Spotlight on artist Corey Wesley []: "The emotions we think set us apart are the same ones everybody else is carrying. What looks like the thing that divides us is the thing that makes us human."

"My debut art exhibition was an evening I will never forget, and one I will treasure. Everyone at Goddard Riverside - Community Arts Program was, and continues to be, amazing. I am honored and grateful to have found this community of people."

Enjoyed Corey's art gallery? Stay tuned for more amazing art on the UWS in our upcoming season.

The simple act of showing up can turn strangers into neighbors and neighbors into friends...or dance partners. Thanks to all who attended Salsa night back in April. Stay tuned for upcoming events this Fall!
