From my birthplace in Uzbekistan to my current home in New York, my destiny included emigrating to Israel with my family at the age of nine. It was there that I fell in love with cooking just a couple of years later, rolling dough into matzoh balls with my mother – who was clearly an excellent teacher! Still today, my cooks from my family recipes, with many of my favorite dishes rooted in childhood memories. Please join my culinary page for great cooking ideas and tips. www.ChefRafaeli.com

As we welcome Rosh Hashanah, I want to take a moment to simply say THANK YOU.
First and foremost, I thank God for another beautiful and wonderful year — for His blessings, for the opportunities, for the new adventures, and for giving me the strength to continue doing what I love.
I thank God for blessing me with wonderful customers who have become part of the Rafaeli’s Palace family.
And to all of you — my dear clients, family, and friends — thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust, your friendship, your support, and for continuing to choose Rafaeli’s Palace and Chef Rafaeli for your special moments.
Every celebration, every family gathering, every event, and every table we prepare means something to me. Your support allows me to continue creating, cooking, and bringing people together.
May this New Year bring health, happiness, peace, success, prosperity, love, and endless blessings to you and your families.
May your homes always be filled with laughter, your tables surrounded by the people you love, and your hearts filled with joy.
May God write and seal all of us in the Book of Life for a beautiful, healthy, peaceful, and sweet New Year.
🍎🍯 Shana Tova U’Metuka!
Happy & Healthy Rosh Hashanah!
With love and gratitude,
Chef Rafaeli & the Rafaeli’s Palace Family ❤️.
