Last year, Owl’s Roost Antiques showed us this special pair of hummingbird brooches by Asprey, originally created as a private commission. Both are crafted in 18k gold with green sapphire feathers, while the male is distinguished by a ruby chest and face.

Jeff Cohen from Jeff Cohen showed us a remarkable pair of earrings once owned and worn by Marilyn Monroe. The surprising part? They’re costume jewelry—not real diamonds. According to Jeff, Marilyn was known for wearing costume jewelry, making this pair an especially fascinating piece of Hollywood history.

We spotted this incredible late-Victorian diamond fringe necklace, likely dating to the late 1800s, at the show—complete with celestial starbursts, floral motifs and cascading diamond drops designed to shimmer with every movement.
