I’m deeply grateful for the trust, support, and partnership that have shaped my first four months at Exponents. As we begin a new fiscal year, I’m thankful for the progress we’ve made and energized by the opportunities ahead.
A special thank you to everyone who celebrated National Recovery Month with us and helped honor the strength, resilience, and possibilities of recovery.
Together, we will continue expanding programs, strengthening services, and creating new pathways to recovery, education, employment, and opportunity for the communities we serve.
Thank you for believing in Exponents and for being part of this journey. I look forward to all that we will accomplish together.
Improving health. Igniting hope.
With sincere appreciation,
Samantha Lopez

United and Unbreakable! ❤️
Last week, Exponents team members Dana Diamond, Director of Supportive Services, and Donald Powell, Sr. Director of Non-Clinical Programs & External Relations, had the opportunity to attend the 2026 U.S. Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA) in Anaheim, California.
This year’s theme, “United and Unbreakable: The HIV Movement at 45,” honored 45 years of courage, advocacy, community, research, prevention, and treatment. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with leaders, advocates, healthcare professionals, and community members working toward a future where health equity and access to care are within reach for everyone. ❤️🩹🌎

Recovery is about more than treatment. It’s about having the support, stability, and resources needed to build a healthier and more fulfilling life. 💙🌱
Stable housing, access to food, transportation, employment, mental health services, supportive relationships, and a strong community can all make a difference along the journey.
Everyone’s path to recovery looks different. There is no single timeline or one size fits all approach. What matters is having access to the resources, encouragement, and opportunities that help you take the next step.
Recovery is possible. Support matters. You don’t have to do it alone. 🤝
