Today we celebrate and thank the incredible security team that helps keep NRHS safe and running smoothly every day. The PTSA was proud to partner with Dr. Artiles and the Administration to host a luncheon in appreciation of all they do for our students, staff, and families. Last Friday evening, New Rochelle High School celebrated the newest members of its Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame. As we continue to commemorate 100 years at Clove Road, we're reminded of the importance of celebrating those who came before us. The NRHS PTSA has always sought to shine a light on our alumni, whose achievements, leadership, and service continue to inspire generations of our students! Congratulations to this year's inductees, and thank you for allowing us to share a few highlights from this special evening.

As we continue our week-long spotlight series honoring the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame inductees, today we recognize Matthew Ricker, Class of 2014. A fourth-generation New Rochelle resident, Matthew has remained deeply involved in the community. He previously served the City School District of New Rochelle in the Employee Benefits Office and has spent years highlighting local stories as host of The Chamber Show, Chamber Chat, and the New Rochelle Thanksgiving Parade broadcast. In 2024, Matthew was honored with Volunteer New York!’s Resiliency Award, recognizing his commitment to service and community leadership. Please join us in congratulating Matthew on his induction this Friday into the 2026 New Rochelle High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame. #NRHS100 #DistinguishedAlumni #PurplePride.
