The first in a series of social posts for Trion Real Estate Management.
Take a proactive approach for buildings suffering from delinquent collections by acting as a direct resource for tenants, pointing them to the appropriate non-profit and government agencies to get them help during these tough times. Communicating frequently with available support services information helps tenants understand what is going on, get help, and believe management is receptive to their issues, which reduces stress all the way around. http://ow.ly/ZqHX50DyjRC

Feeling good about our PR efforts this week. It’s so satisfying to partner with a confident, capable businesswoman like Risa Hoag. To me being powerful is synonymous with being empowered and that’s how I feel every time we take on a project together. http://ow.ly/lKjs50Dkeo2

Fred and I produced a live outdoor Christmas event for Shelton Square. It was so much fun and we are so happy (and relieved) that all went well with the timed ticket entry and that everyone had fun in spite of some rainy weather. What is amazing is that all the kids wore their masks without a single complaint. Very impressed!

The latest newsletter for Discovering Me Nursery School posted to social, website, and e-blast.
It’s hard to believe November is already here. This month’s theme is “Sharing is Caring." Our classrooms are excited about falling leaves, turkeys, Pilgrims and Native Americans. This month we will learn about Election Day, Veteran’s Day, transportation, and sharing. We will continue our lessons on shapes and begin learning our numbers and number patterns. We will celebrate Thanksgiving.

Social media should have a "social" component and be personal when appropriate in order to tell an interesting story.
Algertha Carter of Yonkers, NY had heard about the COVID 15–20 pound gain everyone was talking about and got scared as she felt she couldn’t afford to gain any more weight. “I thought to myself if I gain weight I won’t be able to walk!” she explained.
Determined not to fall victim to the virus she took action and embarked on a diet that was both ingenious and ambitious. She reduced her food intake by using a salad plate instead of the larger dinner plate for her meals, and started walking up to 10 miles a day! She lost 40 pounds over the months of lockdown but now had a new challenge—all of her church clothes were now too big. Her granddaughter told her about a re-entry program that helps people looking for jobs dress professionally for interviews, so they searched online for information. The MVCC came up and Linda McKinzie-Daugherty arranged a safe time for her to drop off the clothes which included skirt suits, pantsuits, dresses, skirts, pants, and even a jacket.

Discovering Me Nursery School's October newsletter is jam-packed with fun and seasonal activities for the 2's, 3's, and 4's. To date the health and safety protocols implemented have been successful and the children are so happy to be in school learning and seeing their teachers in-person.
