Our lives should reflect a lifestyle of giving... but what could we possibly bring? Maybe a gift card, a present, some cash...nothing but material things? ⁠
⁠
What can you give that will last and never run out, decay, or corrupt? What do you have to offer that means more than temporary stuff?⁠
⁠
It’s Christ, the hope of glory, His love and grace is there to share. It’s as simple as letting someone know that God sees, knows, and cares.⁠

So as this year comes to an end and the new year begins, don’t get caught up in giving and receiving earthly things. Focus on sharing God’s eternal gift to us... His son, the savior, redeemer, and forever reigning king!⁠

Ever feel like you can’t find enough like-minded people... people that are sold out for Jesus and have not bowed their knees to the pleasures of this life?

In 1 Kings, Elijah felt the same way. The Lord let him know that there were 7,000 others in Israel who also did not bow to the idol Baal. In your challenges, remember that even when you can’t see it, there are so many of us who are striving to live right and serve God just like you. You are not alone!

If you feel attacked, that might be your prayer digging away at your flesh 😂
