Made a maple orange brown sugar glazed pork shoulder. It was 10lbs I let it sit in spices for 3 days before cooking. Cooked for 8.5hrs at 325.

I got of tired hearing about these popeyes chicken sandwiches all these people are going crazy for ...So i decided to make my own. Deep fried chicken breast, sliced avocado, pickled veggies, lettuce & tomato with a spicy stone ground honey mustard sauce on a toasted bun .
