Am I right or am I right! I’ve gone back and forth posting about this. It’s about GUILT! Yes we all have it and as women we have it often!
During your fertility/high risk pregnancy journey I want you to know it’s okay to end the relationship with your healthcare providers. Not matter how far along you are. As a patient you are entitled change to one that is better fitting.
I can’t express this enough my first pregnancy I had a horrible experience where it lead me to birthing trauma. I promised myself the next time around I will choose a good provider. The entire practice stepped in with me after two miscarriages with my GYN/OB she was determined to figure out what was going on and helped me get my rainbow babies! It was not an easy job for her my perinatologist, vascular, and hematologist but each one worked together for me and baby. Being patient with all my questions and concerns and extreme anxiety.
I felt secure and safe that they were doing the best for me and baby.
I hear so many stories of women who have had horrible birth experiences and they were never comfortable with their doctors.
Want to know more about how to handle this and more ? Click the link to join my free course where I’ll go into further detail in the comments.

I remember being so proud if this milestone 20 weeks pregnant with my last pregnancy. My last pregnancy was even more complicated then the last. To have made it this far again I was beyond happy. I can’t express enough how these little moments need to be celebrated. I remember being so stress free for this one second enjoying this moment.

I’ve had this post on my drafts for a whole year and finally decided to post this!!!!Always after my D&C date I sit and remember the loss I had. Particularly my miscarriage at 17 weeks (4 months pregnant). A month has pasted since that date. I still mourn your loss. It was for the first time I felt love and loss at once for someone I didn’t know yet. It shaped how I handled all my pregnancies and miscarriages.

My journey has led me here to you. Only God knew when was the right time. My pregnancies have never been easy even with my first child and I am grateful that I can be a mom. That I was chosen to be their mom. They are all my like their momma, but they are my reason, my motivation, and my drive.

Part of the birthing process is the postpartum. Pregnancies back to back has made me bigger than what I’ve ever been in my entire life. I was this petite women of a size 2 to now a size 12 👀. I’ve learned to accept this body and work on making it better, stronger, and healthier. I have to be kind to myself I created tiny humans and this is truly a blessing. Selfcare is also self love. Don’t ever forget you are a warrior ! 💪🏻

Let’s talk gender reveals... it’s been around for so long but now it’s become a stable like a baby shower.
A gender reveal would a great way to get your mind shifted to something positive other then the constant worry of your high risk pregnancy. It will bring people together to celebrate your little one growing still inside the joy it brings to all. Planning and organizing the event is a great distraction.
What are your thoughts on gender reveals ? I would love to hear them 💕
