We were told to wait for some announcements after the last paper.
By then I was very hungry because I only drank yogurt this morning... I don't even have an appetite. Who will?? when you are having the most technical course. I thought.

Fred and I decided to have some food at the eatery and I was very surprised at the number of students present there.... they all must have not eaten before leaving home, Dr Felix is such a monster.

We sat down and placed our order, I ordered party jollof and Fred go for Biscuit and Gravy. We were discussing about the exam as we waited for our order, when Clara and Jennifer entered.. having a seat adjacent ours.

Clara noticed us as she sat down and indicated to her friend and she get up to greet us. I asked about her exam and we talked a while, I noticed the way Fred is staring at her and she smile shyly at him.
In love! I muttered very low that my ears can fail to hear it if possible. Clara waved to Jennifer apologising for staying long as we chatted even as our meal arrived. I understand she can't leave in the middle of conversation.

Clara's phone beeped after some moments and a message popped up which reads "I'm off here", then Jennifer stormed out of the eatery with the eatery nylon bag in her hand.
She might be angry at her friend for talking to me, but why will she.. I thought.

Clara stood up immediately to go, that her friend will be angry and can do any funny thing but Fred quickly protest and told her to wait since we're almost done with our meal that we'll go to her friend together.
She nodded unsure and sit back, I can see some unreadable expressions on her face... maybe she is truly scared of her friend's anger, I concluded.

I finished the food and we waited a little for Fred to get done, he paid and we left to meet Jennifer.
She must be at the back of the hall, Clara said as she noticed the questioning look on my face, inquiring where she is. Ok, Fred and I replied simultaneously.

My mood after the exam is a very good one as I am sure I nailed all Dr Felix's question. We waited for the last paper which ended in an hour and thirty minutes time, but we're asked to stay behind by the school authorities.

I'm so famished, we need to get something to eat. Clara said and I nodded as we head go the eatery. We get there and took our seat, then Clara noticed the guy and his friend and she told me she will be back as she get up to meet them. She surely know how to ruin a good mood because I was very pi**ed right now.
They exchanged greetings and started chatting happily about God knows, I noticed the friend staring lovingly at Clara which she reciprocated with a shy smile.. I smiled at the scene.

I was irritated not with the fact that she took long but she's chatting happily with my enemy. Well, I can't expect her to hate him because I do and it will be selfish of me to tell her not to interact with him. Clara waved apologisingly which I hissed and shrugged slightly that she didn't notice.
After what I can't withstand, I bought some French fries and Chapman... then text Clara and exits the place annoyed.

Moments later, I saw Clara and the two guys heading to my direction in the hall.

How time flies! Exam period is here, school activities ended and revision began. Different reading groups were formed, but I prefer studying alone and most times with Clara.

The revision aspect was less stressful as we made sure we covered most outlines , so it's just a thorough revision left and we're good to go.

Lol.. most people know God when they need him dearly, the population of people present in church on Sundays were very much now, that you can't near their count. Most people seek worldly fun leaving the precious gift and fun with is heaven.

The last paper was the two general courses and the older level made it known to us that Dr Felix is not only strict in class but more strict in exam and markings. This scared many students, so they formed a tutorial class held every night. The irritating guy is among the coordinators, so I made up my mind to study alone and make sure I pass.
Clara do attended, which I don't like but I'm the one having problem with "HIM" not Clara.

I don't think I've came across someone being feared as Dr Felix, students studied extra hard for his course because he's wicked to the extent that if you have E&F it's carry over with no summer programme allowed. Who wishes for that, definitely no one.. I muttered the reply to myself.

Jen, wake up. Clara called as she shook me to get up. I thought we slept not quite long, how come it's already dawn. I asked surprised. It's not morning yet, but we're having Dr Felix's course so I think we should revise... Clara explained and I nodded yawning.

We revised through the night and get up to get ready for the class quickly. Who schedules exam for 7:30 if not Dr Felix, we hurriedly get dressed and headed to the venue by quarter past Seven.. so as to get there early to listen to his five minutes preexam admonition before we get in to the hall.

Examination commenced and was about to end as quickly as it came. We were done with the rest of the courses except the two Gns. Students studied hard for the man's course because the information about his exam format is not merciful at all.

My colleagues and I held a tutorial class for the course, to interact and help the weak ones, which I noticed Jennifer didn't attend but Clara did.( well, I get to know their names because Clara and I were on talking terms).

I stayed awake most of the night studying as Dr Felix's course is today. I dressed up early and make sure I get to the hall by 7:10 because of his admonition.
The admonition was more or less like rules and regulations, which is not new to students ear..but more strict. He wished us the best as we marched to our respective seat.

We concluded the paper after 2hrs 30minutes, the man always make sure he appears weird and different all time because the highest duration for other exams is One and half hour.
Few hours later, we did the English course which was the last paper of the semester.

My baby must have been very hungry, Clara said and I hissed as a I head towards the door. Jen, what's wrong.. she asked concerned as she trailed behind me.

Let's get to the hostel, I replied tearfully and she muttered an OK and didn't bother me after that. I'm so sorry about the food matter dear, you know the man's policy.
No problem dear, it's not even your fault.. I replied faintly
Or is that what ruins your mood she asked and I shook my head in negativity.

We get to the hotel and she made sure I ate well before asking what the matter is..
I love Clara for the fact that she's very understanding when it comes to serious matter.. but very crazy when the need be.

I narrated the earlier event to her and she muttered a sorry.
The test I did was total rubbish, only if God do his miracle.. I said sobbing halfway.
You should stop crying already, Clara ordered as she wiped my face with a handkerchief. I hate that guy, I added.

Stop it Jen, whatever is destined to happen will surely do. Why will you hate him for something like this??
Isn't it enough reason... he just shattered my dream with his selfishness
How am I going to fulfil the promise of having an "A" when a test is already fu**ed up... I ranted

Sorry dear, I don't even know the best way to console you right now. I suggest I called Joe, maybe she can lift your mood.. Clara said
No babe, you don't need to. I am fine.. I pray the the test doesn't affect me or else the guy will hate not only me but himself also.. I threatened

Just take things easy love, all these won't solve it.
You are running slight temperature, it might be because you ate late.. she said as she felt my body.
Let me get you some drugs, so you will take and rest.. sorry love, she said as she get up and I nodded.

I opened the door and stepped in, a nice aroma hit my nostril. I put down my bag and head to the kitchen to meet Fred rinsing a chicken.

What's up my guy, he greeted as he sighted me. I am doing good Mr Cook, I teased
Lol, you know you cook well than I do.. he said

Fred knows how to cook different American dishes and I can say we are of no difference as he also loves cooking and eating.
He loves to try Nigeria foods and he find them delicious, though he told me that's his first time of trying it.

I only tried American food once, and I was forced by Fred because I believed I can't enjoy it as our food.. but I can say it's very nice.
So guy, I'm preparing Hot chicken and you'll surely have it because I know you must be hungry and trust me you will love it.. he said and winked at me as he noticed my frown look.

Okayy, as your Lordship pleases.. I whined
I went to freshen up and we resumed cooking, with Fred doing the main stuff.
I gisted him about today's happening as we cooked.

One more minute pleeassse.... I screamed as I stuffed the burgers in the bag.
We woke up a little bit late and we're having the Almighty Dr Felix's course, we hurriedly take our bath and get dressed.. Can't even settle to eat, so we decided to take some burgers and yoghurt along. Clara has been calling my name impatiently at the door as I went to grab the food.

Luckily for us we get to the class few minutes before it commence... there's no permanent seat for students, but most maintain their seat. Clara, I and an irritating guy shared a seat.
Huhh, the guy is a pain on my ass, he find fun in irritating me and I had no choice because that's where he chose to sit.

As I shifted aside for Clara to pass so that she can have her seat.. a guy hurriedly brush through me and sat on my seat. Unfortunately for me, I was about to protest when the lecturer entered and the whole calls went silent
I eyed the guy as I get to sit on a vacant space few feet from my seat... we settled down and the class commenced.

As usual, Dr Felix's class is interesting.. but seems not to me as the only thing that matters right now is food. I handed the bag that contains the food to Clara earlier and no conversing in Dr Felix's class, except you want to be sent out with your partner after your matric numbers have been collected as 5marks will be deducted from your mark.

I checked my wristwatch and the time is few minutes past nine. Ehh, one more hour to go I scoffed as the worms inside me stung me aggressively.
An hour later, I was at the verge of crying and I heard little or nothing of what the lecture explained, but I managed to jot down somethings.

A smile curled on my lips as we get to the end of the class, but it disappeared as swiftly as it comes when Dr Felix announced that there will be a short test. A lone tear slipped down my left cheek, not of hunger this time but the test.
I was unable to understand today's lecture and Dr Felix's questions were always based on his explanations . How will I go about it.

I collected the answer booklet with faith and the questions seems unfamiliar but I answered them with my initiative.
What a bad day is today for me, I thought.. but it was none else's fault but the black guy who took my seat.

I hate him!! I concluded as I shot him a very disgusting look

I checked the watch for the umpteenth time as I increased my pace to the class, nobody wishes to be Dr Felix's scape goat especially early in the morning. Fortunately for me, I was a minute before him... I rushed inside and hurriedly sit on a girl's seat, she was unable to complain as the lecturer enters and she eyed me before having another seat.

What I did is for her.. I feel attracted to this girl since the day she answered a question smartly and I always feel my blood boiling anytime I noticed the frustrating look on her face when the guy seating besides her disturbs her.
So I planned to take her seat to save her from the guy.

Today's lecture was so interesting, the lecturer held a test at the end of the class and I smiled as I answered the last question and submitted.
My eyes doesn't failed to meet the disgusting look from the girl I took her seat and I noticed the eyes held pain

I feel bad for her.. then my mind suggested maybe it was because of her space I took. But I disregarded it because how can someone looks so sad and weak just because of seat.

Whatever.. I muttered as I get up to leave.

The room is so nice and spacious, Clara squealed.. I love it.
Wow this is a nice place to call house, it soo nice, beautiful and cozy.. our huge amount of money didn't go of waste, I added.

We arranged the room to our taste and I can't help but take some nice shots.
We freshened up and Clara suggested we cook something nice(cooking can't be my suggestion.. I prefer to buy food).

I can see the surprise look on Clara as I sat down typing on my phone, even as she had just talk about cooking. Then she exclaimed an "ohh" as it dawn her that... she is gonna stay with a lazy ass, whom cooking is her worst enemy except when she feels like, which is on rare cases.

I concluded what I was doing quickly and Clara is heading to the kitchen, so...what are we cooking I asked.
"We?? She asked farrowing her left brow, yes love... I will assist you in the kitchen because I'm in a good mood .. so let's get to work

Wow, I prefer this type of Jen all day, she whined smiling as we trailed behind eachother to the kitchen
Here.. we're making cheese burgers, or any other idea, I said
Sure dear, we're preparing anything our wonderful chef recommends... she beamed

After what seems like eternity, the delicious delicacy is done, we dished it in a plate and get to eat. We finished the meal in no time, pack the dishes and then moved back to the room to have a FaceTime call with our family.

The call later came to end, after encouraging words from our parents and teases from Joe... we call it a day as we retired to bed

I hissed for the countless time as my stomach didn't stop growling at rare intervals. I just have to get something to eat, I muttered to myself.

Cooking is my hobby but it's already late.. so, I just have to buy food. Ehhh, I pray I am comfortable with their food here, or there should be much Nigeria delicacies.
I put on my hoodie and locked the door as I exit, everywhere was colourful and buzzing... so cool for night time.

I was deliberating on what to buy and how, then I saw an eatery.
I went inside and luckily for me they made Nigerian dishes... I bought the food and leave for my room, my worms were grumbling excitedly and in a blink of an eye.. I am already devouring a plate of tuwo chinkafa with different assorted meats.
I so much love tuwo, maybe as a hausa boy.

I said prayers and drifted to sleep moments later

School activities commenced and everything moves well with them. James roommate has resumed and they were pretty close now, his name is Fred.. he's a very nice guy and he is from England.

Jenny and Clara enjoy moments together and they can't understand themselves more. Fred studies engineering and as Medicine and Law students.. James, jenny and Clara stays busy most times.

And there's this class that links all the 100level students, yeah... two Gns courses( English studies and General science).

The General science lecturer, Dr Felix is known to be very strict and professional. His class is every students fear and many prayed never to have any encounter with him throughout the session

After the scene with Mark, Clara and I chatted about random stuffs, and me being who I am.. slept for almost throughout the journey.
Jen, here we are here... Clara screamed and hugged me as we alighted from the plane. Du***ss, I muttered as I gave her slight knock on the head. I smiled happily as I was very happy to be in England.

We proceeded to the airport, cleared ourselves and move to the park. Different cars of different models and sizes with different destinations were there. Clara moved closer and told a man our destination and he directed us to a side.

We get into the car hurriedly because the car was about to leave and after what I calculated to be 1hour and like 20mins drive, we were at the front of a huge beautiful building. Cambridge University, UK is boldly written at the top of the gate.

I muttered some prayers as gratitude, I was very surprised Clara hasn't squealed or jumped on me and I checked to see our drama queen fast asleep.
Just wow, she must be very tired because my own Clara doesn't sleep when she is eager to get somewhere. The driver dropped us at the second entrance and I had to wake Clara up. We offload our luggage and we were able to proceed to the school park with help of a girl I learnt was a Stallite because of the tag she put on. There were different Bus stops with the school shuttle parked in line.
I checked the slip to know our hostel's park and we hopped in the car as we thanked the sis.

The school building is so nice and huge, Clara said as she yawned. Maybe she's still feeling sleepy, I thought as I said; yes it is.. I pray we scale through this school with best grades and in peace and good health. Ameen, we both said.
Soon, we were at a huge gate named "HOSTELS".. the structure is very big and lovely, we alighted at the park and proceed to board the bus with our hostel name.

As we moved in to the gate, there were different hostels with their respective gates and names.. I can say it's very nice and orderly

I hugged mimi as I bad her and her mom goodbye after clearing ourselves at the "Heathrow Airport" wow, such a nice name for this wonderful airport.

Byeee mimi squealed, I waved back as I just wish we should be together for more moments.

I get in to the car as we proceed to the school ans after some hours, here we are.. I wowed as I stare at the magnificent building in my front.
After going through many transport processes, I'm at the gate of my hostel.

I moved into the room with the help of a security personnel and I can't help but wowed once more at the big and beautiful room. The second guy whom we secured the room together is not yet around.

I was told that the automatic door code is 1234 so we have to change it at their office. I will have to wait for the other guy to resume before I do that, I concluded.

It's already late at night by the time I was done arranging my things. I had a warm shower and put on short knicker and a black shirt.
Oh my jehovah!! I forgot to off my flight mode since afternoon, that explained why I haven't received any call especially from mom. I called her and we discussed about my journey and all.. I also spoke with Dad on her phone, it's late already so we ended the call and called it a night..
