An hourly rental studio space catering to local photographers, content creators, and small businesses!
It’s officially Christmas at the studio!
While the 2 Christmas sets are permanent through Dec. 23rd…
There is still the neutral bed, tan/ limewash arch wall, moody green corner, simple paper rolling backdrop wall available to use through the holiday season!
The studio will continue running as normal, with all of our usual studio policies in place.
A VERY IMPORTANT REMINDER:
With the amount of renters coming through the studio this season, we will be much stricter about CLEANUP +
RESETTING the space.
The studio should be left ready and tidy for the renter walking in after you.
Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the studio.
Please help us by ensuring children:
• Do not jump or climb on beds, chairs, or other furniture
• Do not play in or throw the decorative snow
• Do not open, move, or play with the decorative Christmas presents and props
Cleaning/reset fees WILL be charged for:
* ��Leaving the studio messy.. with fake snow scattered
* Broken ornaments or present bows untied
* ��Excessive cleanup required after your session
We absolutely want you to move things around and make the space your own while you’re shooting! We just ask that you love the studio like it’s your own and reset everything before you leave.
We cannot WAIT to see what everyone creates this holiday season!

Last chance to book the desk this month for business headshots! Starting Oct. 1 the desk will be put away and the studio will be set up with the Christmas sets!
