Lil devils tonight.
Emmy and Chiara are both putting in lots of consistent training.
Tonight they had a great match against each other at the end of class.
At one point I'm watching one of them trying to sub the other from top and smiling and giggling and one the bottom she's defending and also giggling having a great time.
Mom was watching from the side smiling and I just was thinking...
That's the best thing about jiujitsu ... Like we are trying to dominate each other but your just laughing and having fun. Playing with your friends.
IDK, it was pretty cool to see them in that moment.
Happy Friday night.
Oh and thats baby Zeke in his gi and his white belt. Training soon.

FRIDAY LADIES NIGHT
Friday nights at The Den are easily one of our favorite nights of the week. Good rolls, lots of laughs, and a room full of women just having fun and training together.
And the best part? Friday night is FREE. Come try us out, bring a friend, or come back if it’s been a minute. No experience needed and you do NOT have to be a member.
