Hi, I’m Krysta. 🤍

For those of you who are new here, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

My journey into wellness began in 2016 when I became a certified yoga teacher. What started as a love for movement and mindfulness soon expanded into herbalism, doula work, and Thai Massage. It was through Thai Massage that I discovered the power of intentional touch, which ultimately led me to massage therapy school and the work I do today.

Over the years, I’ve continued my education in lymphatic therapies, reflexology, facial sculpting, sound healing, embodiment practices, and holistic wellness. But more than anything, I’ve learned that healing is never one-size-fits-all.

Every session I offer is curated with intention, blending skill, intuition, and presence to support each client’s unique needs.

This season has also brought an exciting new chapter as co-founder of Stillness & Aesthetics Co.—a space where aesthetics, wellness, and self-care rituals come together to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel your best.
