The board decided to skip the May board meeting unless new business arises to discuss. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, at 7 PM at the Tall Pines Clubhouse.

Noise study Pasco comment form regarding wall on DeCubellis. This form needs to be sent back by March 4th, 2026.

Noise Study Public Information Meeting for the DeCubellis Road Phase II and III Widening and Intersection Improvements Project (Pasco County Project No. RSQ-KM-20-091).

Pasco County is planning roadway improvements that include widening DeCubellis Road and portions of Starkey Boulevard from two lanes to four lanes with a divided median. The project will also include installation of a multi-use trail, bike lanes, sidewalks, and operational and safety improvements at key intersections.
