This week we’re featuring The Deborah Lynn — a coastal design that packs a lot into a comfortable 1,802 sq. ft. of living space**.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom plan features a spacious primary suite tucked toward the rear of the home, complete with a large walk-in closet, double vanities and walk-in shower.

This week we’re featuring one of our larger, luxury floor plans — The Marisa Alysse.

With 4,598 sq. ft. of living space, this single-story design offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a study, and a versatile game room that can also be designed as an in-law suite or additional bedroom.

One of the things we love most about this plan is how much flexibility it offers. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, while the main living area opens through French doors to an impressive 939 sq. ft. lanai — with the option to add an outdoor kitchen.

We love getting to share the finished product!

Covenant Homes had the opportunity to build this beautiful spec home for one of our clients, right in the heart of Dunedin. The finished home offers 1,960 sq. ft. of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a 2-car garage.
