Our Story

Greenlee Realty Group started as a moon lighting job, while I was working in Tampa for a property management company that had over 1000 units. I was the office manager and leasing agent. I rented every type of unit from short term, section 8 homes, to million dollar homes on Bayshore. I lived in Pasco and was offered management opportunities through several investors who wanted to break into the Pasco market. I helped to purchase, renovate and rent over 300 homes in 2 years. From there as the market changed, individual owners started to come through the county with management needs. We currently manage hundreds of homes through out the area and look forward to growing in each direction. As with life comes change, I am excited to see what the next years hold in the market.
