As a mental health provider, I help children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling anxiety, depression, and addiction overcome bad habits, feel more confident, and greatly reduce or resolve their concerning symptoms through a holistic approach. With the weather finally cooling down and the holidays just around the corner, it's more important now than ever to spend some time out in nature and relax. The stress this time of year can sometimes be overwhelming, but taking a walk outdoors just to enjoy the fresh air is a great way to take your mind off of things, even just for a little while. Studies show that even just 20 minutes a day helps to reduce stress and improve mental health. Find a park near you, take your dog for a walk, or just walk around your neighborhood! 😄

With this past weekend being Veterans Day weekend, we would like to thank all of those who have served and fought for our country. We owe our freedoms here at home to those who have defended them across the world. Unfortunately, many of our Veterans still struggle to overcome challenges and find help. Anxiety/Depression, PTSD, and Substance Use Disorder (SUB) are all mental health challenges our Veterans sometimes experience following the difficulties of their service. If you, a family member, or a friend needs help or assistance, please ask for help, call, or reach out. The number 988 is always available to reach the National Su***de Prevention Hotline.

Welcome to UThrive Health! We are a new Psychiatric Mental Health Office located in New Port Richey focused on meeting any and all of your needs. We are seeing patients over the age of 6 seeking support with a variety of mental health conditions: anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, substance abuse disorders, and more... Our goal is to help you live your best life.

You can schedule an appointment any time online on our website or call our office! There is a lot more info about us on the site. Currently, we accept Aetna, Cigna, United Health, Optum, Oxford, and Oscar for insurances. All other patients can still book an appointment and use self-pay to cover for their services. If you need to see a provider and cannot wait weeks or even months for an appointment, we can see you in the office within 2-3 business days! After your initial visit, you can continue to see us either in-person or on telehealth: whatever best suits your needs.
