Currently 44 hours into a Fast.
Nothing but Spring Water, Salt, and a few Organic Black Coffees.

No Weigh Ins or Before/After Pics.
This wasn’t for that. This was mental.
Not sure how long I’ll go.

4 Workouts during the Fast so far, including a 2000m row, 2000m ski and 1 mile run.

Staying within my typical routine, no additional resting or down time.
Truly feeling like I’ve been injected with rocket fuel.
My mind has never been more clear. My energy is flying through the roof. I can feel my skin tightening.

This isn’t as hard as so many of us make it.
A little preparation (Water, Redmond Salt, Organic Black Coffee) is all you need and a strong mind.

I’ve cooked breakfast and dinner and been surrounded by snacks and delicious foods.

Doing the things you sincerely DONT WANT TO DO, that is what truly makes you stronger. That is where growth happens.
