April is Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Awareness Month. At the heart of the ScovilleStrong Foundation is our founder, Carson, who isn’t just a statistic, but a fighter in every sense of the word. Two diagnoses. Two battles. One incredibly strong young man who refuses to let cancer define him.

From osteosarcoma to leukemia, Carson has faced more than most ever will and continues to push forward while living with the lasting effects of chemotherapy. This month is about teens and young adults like him, the ones navigating school, friendships, sports, and life while also carrying the weight of treatment, the lasting effects of chemotherapy, and the uncertainty of not knowing what life will look like moving forward.

This is why we do what we do. For the strength behind the smiles, the courage behind the hard days, and the resilience that often goes unseen. Carson’s journey is the foundation of our mission to keep kids connected, supported, and reminded that they are never alone in this fight.

From the bottom of our hearts—THANK YOU to our incredible community. Because of you, we didn’t just meet our goal of 1,000 toys for children spending the holidays in the hospital… we surpassed it!!

On Christmas Eve, we proudly delivered 1,072 toys to bring joy, comfort, and smiles to kids who needed it most. 💙🎁

Today while receiving treatment himself, Carson walked the unit to spread a little cheer of his own by giving all the kids gaming goodie bags! In just one week we will be delivering a whole lot of toys to the hospital so there is still time to donate!
