Honesty requires safety.
You cannot be expected to share the most vulnerable parts of your life while wondering whether you will be judged, dismissed, misunderstood or asked to defend your identity.
Care should feel safe enough for you to say:
“This is what I’m experiencing.”
“This is what I need.”
“This does not feel right.”
“I’m not ready for that.”
At Lilith Rising, we provide affirming mental health and GYN care for women and LGBTQ+ individuals in a space designed around respect, collaboration and trust.
You deserve healthcare where you can show up as your whole self.
A little reminder for the woman who is so focused on becoming who she wants to be that she forgets to appreciate who she already is. 🤍
Growth is beautiful. Healing is beautiful. Wanting more for yourself is beautiful.
But you don’t have to wait until you’ve “fixed” everything to be proud of yourself.
