🥩 QUICK DINNER NIGHT: Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes

Want steak for dinner without standing over the grill all night? 🙌

These Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes are made in one skillet and loaded with buttery, garlicky goodness. This is definitely one of those “Where has this recipe been all my life?” dinners. 😂

You’ll need:

🥩 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
🥔 1½ lbs baby potatoes, quartered
🧈 4 tablespoons butter, divided
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
🌿 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
🌿 ½ teaspoon dried thyme
🌶️ ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🌿 Fresh parsley for topping

Let’s make it!

1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika, and cook for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fork-tender. Remove and set aside.

3. Turn the heat up to high. Add the steak bites in a single layer. Don't crowd the pan! Sear for about 1–2 minutes per side, depending on how you like your steak. Work in batches if necessary.

4. Reduce the heat. Add the remaining butter, garlic and thyme. Toss the steak in that glorious garlic butter for about 30 seconds. 🤤

5. Add the potatoes back to the skillet and toss everything together.

Finish with fresh parsley and a little extra garlic butter if you're feeling dangerous. 😂

🍽️ Dinner is DONE!

Serve it with:

🥦 Roasted broccoli
🌽 Corn on the cob
🥗 A simple salad
🥖 Garlic bread

💡 Steak tip: Pat your steak pieces dry before they hit the skillet. That helps you get that beautiful browned crust instead of steaming the meat.

🥩 Now let's start an argument... 😂

How are you ordering your steak?

🥩 Medium
🔥 Medium Well
😬 Well Done

I recently started a new Facebook group called Behind the Closing, and I want it to be something a little different. ❤️

Real estate can be an amazing career… but let's face it — it can also be HARD. 😂 The market changes, the rules change, we encounter situations we've never seen before, and sometimes we just need another agent to say, “Yep, I've dealt with that — here's what I learned.”

That's what I want this community to be.

💡 Ask the question you think you should already know.
🤝 Share what's working — and what's NOT.
🏡 Talk through real-life transaction situations.
📱 Exchange marketing and lead-generation ideas.
❤️ Celebrate the wins AND talk about the struggles.

No egos. No judgment. No pretending we know everything.

Just local agents learning from and supporting each other.

Whether you've been licensed for 20 years or 20 minutes, there's a seat at the table.
