Last Thursday, we gathered with our partners, community leaders, and the Valley Ranch team to officially break ground on Commerce District. It was an exciting morning and a great opportunity to celebrate the people who continue to help move this vision forward.

As a Signorelli Company development, Commerce District marks another important step in the evolution of Valley Ranch. With H-E-B joining the community and more retail, dining, residential, and commercial opportunities ahead, this district will add another layer to what makes Valley Ranch a place where people can live, work, shop, dine, gather, and build their future.

The most exciting part is knowing this is only the beginning. We’re building for the future and creating a community that will continue to grow, evolve, and serve the region for years to come.

Signorelli Company officially broke ground on The Commerce District at Valley Ranch—a 55-acre mixed-use destination that represents the next evolution of one of Greater Houston's most successful master-planned communities.

The first phase will be anchored by the first H-E-B serving New Caney, featuring a 120,000-square-foot store with Curbside Pickup, a fuel station, car wash and nearly 20,000 square feet of complementary retail and restaurant space.

The Commerce District marks the next step of a much larger vision. Upon completion, the district is planned to encompass more than one million square feet of mixed-use development, including over 700,000 square feet of Class A office, multifamily and hospitality, complemented by best-in-class retail, restaurants and entertainment. It's is envisioned as Northeast Houston's premier destination for corporate headquarters, regional offices, upscale shopping, exceptional dining and memorable experiences.

The Commerce District builds upon the momentum of Valley Ranch Town Center and the community's future Entertainment and Azalea Districts, further advancing our long-term vision of creating one of Texas' premier mixed-use destinations.
