AutoMax Recruiting and Training is the premier #Automotiverecruitment company in Northern America. We recruit AND train every position in the dealership.
Properly staffing each department of your dealership can be a daunting task, it’s time consuming. Most managers are unsure of where to place the help wanted ad and how to write one that will be effective. Scheduling & screening frustrates most people and on top of all that it’s expensive, with no guarantee for the results you need. I’m sure we can agree that even with the greatest process’s in the industry, without a properly staffed store, “Human Capital” if you will,your dealership won’t reach it’s full potential. AutoMax is the solution!

My friend David Johnson posted this years ago , in honor of his recent birthday thought I’d reshare it .
Great post by our friend David Johnson;
"Everbody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." Albert Einstein
That's probably one of my top 5 or so favorite quotes of all time because it reminds me that none of us can be good at everything.
If you continually judge your worth on the things you're bad at, then you will live your whole life believing that you're just not good enough.
Find your niche. If you're a fish you're a fish. Stop trying to climb that tree, it's just not who you are. That doesn't mean you're stupid. It just means you haven't found your genius yet.
Remember, everybody is a genius. Yes, that means you. No, you can't argue with me on this one. :)

Happening at your stores ?
How were they recruited? How were they onboarded ? How were they trained?
No doubt if this is how your team feels you can be certain your customers are feeling it as well !

Rule Ten
Beginning today, treat everyone you meet, friend or foe, loved one or stranger, as if they were going to be dead at midnight. Extend to each person, no matter how trivial the contact, all the care and kindness and understanding and love that you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.
