L&R Rescue is a 501c3 non profit rescue located in Navarre,FL. L&R Rescue works to help those who are unable to help themselves. This is our mission.
Our goal is to help abandoned dogs find good, loving homes. Dogs who would otherwise most certainly be euthanized or subject to a life in extremely poor conditions, unloved and neglected. We team up with overcrowded shelters and financially deficit facilities to assist them in locating permanent, caring families, who will appreciate the unconditional love a rescued dog is able to give. We try very hard to keep the adoption process simple and match the right people with the right dogs.

Tobias is a 1-year-old, 58-pound sweetheart who is happy, goofy, playful, and full of love.
He was rescued from a Georgia shelter just in time and even flew to safety thanks to a generous pilot. ✈️🐾 He got his second chance — now he just needs someone to share it with.
He doesn’t need a superhero. He just needs a person who will love him, play with him, and make him part of the family.

🥹💜 SERENA DESERVES HER HAPPY ENDING.
Just hours before her life was supposed to end at a Georgia shelter, people came together and refused to give up on this sweet girl.
Serena has already been through enough in her short life, so we’re still searching for the home that is just right for her. She deserves that. 💜
At 10 months old and about 42 lbs, Serena is a sweet, submissive, loving girl. She’s friendly with everyone, great with other dogs, crate trained, playful, and full of personality.
She has SO much love to give. We just need to find the people who will love her right back. 🐾

We think Kiwi might have found her perfect Halloween costume. ❤️
Kiwi is a 2-year-old, 35-ish pound girl who is seriously smart, playful, and full of personality. She already knows sit, shake and down, and she loves having something to do.
She gets along well with other dogs, but she’s also very independent. Kiwi would love a family who will keep her active and include her in their lives—hikes, long walks, beach days, vacations, exploring new places, playing outside…she’d be happy to go along for all of it.
And when the day is over? Kiwi is perfectly happy to curl up on the couch and chill with you, too. She just doesn’t want to spend all day there. 😉
After coming from a shelter where her time was running out, Kiwi has her second chance. Now she just needs the right family to see how special she really is. ❤️
Brady is truly a once-in-a-lifetime kind of dog. ❤️
He’s gentle, sweet, smart, well-behaved, great with other dogs, and absolutely loves people. He’s been swimming, riding in the car, going to the beach, hiking, and even out to dinner — all things that are completely new to him — and he’s having so much fun discovering the world.
Those ears might make him look tough, but Brady is the biggest sweetheart. He’s the kind of dog you don’t come across every day.
At about a year old and 45 pounds, Brady is ready for a family who will love him, include him in everything, and keep him forever.
If you’re looking for that once-in-a-lifetime dog, Brady might be him. 🩵

Seriously…how cute is Serena?! 🥹💜 Our little Beanie Baby is absolutely stealing hearts this Halloween! 🎃🐾
It’s hard to believe that just hours before this photo was taken, Serena was out of time at a Georgia shelter. Thankfully, so many people refused to give up on her, and she got the second chance she deserved. 💜
Now this sweet 10-month-old, 42 lb girl is ready for her forever family. She’s friendly, affectionate, crate trained, great with other dogs, and loves everyone she meets.

Blaze didn’t know it yet, but his life was about to change. ❤️
When he came to us, he was completely shut down. He wouldn’t eat. He wouldn’t drink. He just trembled in fear.
Then someone saw his video.
They didn’t hesitate. They fell in love with Blaze, booked a flight from New York to Florida, picked him up, and drove all the way home with him.
And look at him now. 🥹
That scared, broken little dog is smiling. His tail is wagging. He knows he’s loved.
Sometimes all it takes is one person who sees you and decides you’re worth the trip.
Blaze is HOME. ❤️
