Moving to Navarre, Florida, and stuck between Navarre Beach, Holley by the Sea, and East Navarre?

This is one of the most common questions I get from buyers moving to Navarre, Florida. And the honest answer is—they can look similar online, but they live very differently.

Navarre Beach feels like a full-time vacation.
Holley by the Sea feels like structured, neighborhood living with lots of amenities.
East Navarre is the most commuter-friendly part of town.

Same area. Different price ranges. Completely different day-to-day lives.

If you’re relocating to Navarre or the Gulf Coast, these are the questions I would ask yourself.

How short do you want your commute to be

How close to the beach do you want to be

How important is it to be close to restaurants and shopping

👇 I put together a full relocation guide breaking all of this down:

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to buy in Navarre… this might be it. ☁️😄

Pool in the backyard.
Sound access nearby.
No HOA.

And something you don’t hear often in Navarre…
you can actually walk to coffee, a couple restaurants, even a salon.

Didn’t think “walkable” and “Navarre” belonged in the same sentence… but here we are.

People sometimes ask me how I can live in a place that is so uncomfortably hot and humid during the summer.

All I can say is… 70-degree beach days in the middle of February? Yes Please!

This might be controversial, but I don't miss living in the Pacific Northwest. Up there, it felt like summer was the only time of year I could comfortably go outside. I would suffer through 9 months of cold and grey and constant drizzle for those few short months when the sun came out and made everything okay again.

Now I live in a place that has year-round sunshine and comfortable warm days throughout the winter. Don't me wrong… we get a few unbearably cold days here in the panhandle, but for the most part, the weather is pretty smooth sailing.

If you're thinking of moving to Florida, let me help you find the right neighborhood for you and navigate the real estate market lie a pro.

Comment the word "RELO" and I'll send you my Navarre, FL Relocation Guide.
